With the publication of this catalogue, the old prices lose their validity. This catalogue is valid till the end of December 2010 even if you receive another catalogue in between. The prices, including value added tax (vat) are in Euro.
Please make your orders using the order forms in the catalogue, on the internet, per telephone or fax.
2. Test Purchase
You have 14 days to check the goods: In case of purchase by invoice, please make payment within 14 days or Egue will debit your account 14 days after receipt of the goods. In case of purchase on debit entry or cash on delivery terms, Egue will promptly pay back the commodity value of returned items by transfer (please provide your account details). Otherwise you will receive a check.
Please do not return debit instructions! Otherwise costs incurred thereby, amounting to €11,50 will be billed to your account! A cash discount is not possible.
3.Reservation of property rights
Goods remain our property until payment is completed.
4. Postal dues and return consignment
For your convenience we incur most of the postal costs. We charge the sum of € 6,50 for processing, packaging and postal dues per order. This sum is also due if you return all ordered goods.
You can transfer the postal dues to our account, or enclose Euro stamps or cash in the return mail. Egue’s responsibilities for subsequent deliveries (2nd partial delivery or similar cases) are not always avoidable. We would obviously not charge you for this. Incase an item can’t be delivered we reserve the right not to send it, or to deliver an equivalent substitute.
You do not incur any charges for returning consignments: Please use the enclosed return stickers! We do not accept freight collect for returned consignments, otherwise we will currently charge you € 15,-. Postal dues for consignments returned by other delivery companies must be pre-paid for.
Please be considerate and note that we only take back not worn, labelled and originally packed goods including a return slip within a ten-day period. Place of fulfilment - also in case of return or exchange - is Kiel.
5. Payment
Comfortable and riskless purchase from Egue: We deliver after payment of invoice, (transfer to our account or debit entry with a payment target of 14 days) or alternatively, cash on delivery terms.
New customers will receive deliveries made on cash on delivery terms, pre-remittance or debit entry respectively! (The goods dispatch takes place one week after Egue receives payment.) The post office currently charges € 2,- for dues resulting from cash on delivery payment.
6. Cancellation policy
(1) Cancellation rights: You can cancel your purchase contract without offering explanation within two weeks of implementation in writing e.g. by letter, fax, email or through return of the consignment. The deadline begins with the implementation of the contract and receipt of your declaration. To meet the deadline, it suffices to send the cancellation note or the timely re-postage to: Egue Modeversand, Seekoppelweg 18, 24113 Kiel, Germany.
(2) Consequences of cancellation:
In case of an effective cancellation, the purchase contract becomes invalid. Services mutually rendered need to be re-guaranteed and if necessary, claims ( e.g. compensation for benefits obtained) awarded. If you cannot return the received items as a whole, partially not or in a bad condition, you must, if applicable, pay the value equivalent. This is not applicable if the worsening of the condition of the item is entirely traceable to that when it was at the shop. You can avoid the value replacement obligation if you do not use the item as your property and refrain from all measures which devalue it.
7. Delivery to foreign countries
Delivery to foreign countries will be carried out on cash on delivery terms or credit card payment! Please ask for the conditions from the following telephone number: 0049-431-64853 or by fax number 0049-431-64695. We would like to point out that in case you return the goods, we do not refund duties, taxes and postage dues!
For orders from EU countries, goods are mailed according to European Community guidelines, i.e. with the calculation of the current value added tax of 19% in Germany.
The payment can be made by pre-remittance or credit card (Visa and Mastercard) accordingly. For payment by pre-remittance we request consultation before the remittance inorder to verify the availability of the required item or respectively, to inform you of the correct transfer sum. You can find our international bank connection at ‘Legal Notice’. For payments with credit cards, we need legible copies of both sides of your credit card. This can be posted, faxed or emailed to us. Incase of a return consignment, you promptly receive a crossed cheque, or by mentioning your international bank account (IBAN + BIC), a retransfer from us to the amount of the item value.
